Diesel has combined successful show and obedience careers. He has gained in group and in show awards at specialty and all breeds shows and was graded “Excellent” at the 2nd Weimaraner National in 2001. Diesel gained his CD, CDX and ET titles in 2000. That year he won the Top Obedience Trophy in the Weimaraner Club of SA annual awards. A health scare in 2009 has slowed Diesel down a little but he remains Graeme’s faithful companion.

Lisa completed her show title before she was 2 years old with Best In Groups and In Show awards. An ET and short careers in obedience and retrieving followed before we discovered what Lisa excelled at – being a great companion dog.

Jed is a prolific Multi Winner; in Class; CC; BB; Group; A/B BIS, Royal CC & Retrieving both in SA and interstate. Gaining his Grand Show Title & Dual R/T Title all by 2004. Jed is believed to the first male Weimaraner in Australia to achieve this. In 2004 he won the Top Gundog award from SACA & four other top club awards. Graded “Excellent” in 2001 Wei National by the German Breed Warden and graded “Excellent” in 2005 Wei National by the Polish judge. Jed, a true elite champion and mate.

Grayce started her show career with Baby In Show wins at two Interstate specialty shows, won her first Best In Group at 6 months and 1 day and gained her Grand Championship at 4 years of age. Along the way she won Puppy In Show at the Sydney Spring Fair, 10 Best In Groups, a Best in Show, multiple Royal challenges and had time out for her one and only litter from which came 1 Grand Champion and one champion. She easily gained her TDX title and her Tracking Championship thus her Dual Championship. Grayce is dam of the top winning Grand Ch Waldwiese Penthouse Pet CD ET, who obtained her Grand Ch title at 3 years of age and is a BIS and RUBIS winner. In her retirement, Grayce is enjoying her outings in the Neuter Class. Always the reliable show-girl, Gracye is a sweet loving dog at home and is a much loved family member.

Vader had a wonderful show career, gaining his GRAND championship at 3 years of age with showing limited mainly to large metropolitan shows. His main ‘claim to fame’ was winning Runner Up Best In Show at Adelaide Royal with an entry of over 3,000 dogs, followed shortly after with Best In Show at the Weimaraner Club of NSW. He is a multiple Royal BOB winner. He gained his Tracking Championship and has passed on his versatility to many of his children. From very limited breeding Vader has sired 4 Dual Champions, 16 show champions including a Melbourne Royal Puppy In Show winner, a Top 10 winner in the USA and the winner of the 3rd Australian National. He has progeny in the USA, Poland, Israel and NZ. Being a long hair carrier his contribution to the long hair gene pool has been outstanding.
Vader is our Teddy Bear dog, always ready for a cuddle and still likes to sit on your knees.

Xena Daly has been the ultimate show dog, always giving her best, resulting in many Best In Show, In Group and obedience awards. Her only litter produced 4 champions. Now retired from the show ring she still enjoys sharing her life between the Daly and the Hughes households, getting the best of both worlds, which she so richly deserves for all of the pleasure we have gained from having her in our lives.
